This was purchased for a class and so far have found it a good book for what I need. It covers many types of situations in a way that is easy to read and comprehend. If you are a teacher and in need of a good book for a class, then check this one out.
I appreciated this book for the work that was clearly put into it. It is a very thorough read for anyone working (or interesting in working) in the disaster services or trauma/crisis management. She provides great examples from her personal work.
No one in my class liked this text. If you knew nothing about disaster mental health topics than it may be helpful.
Fast ship, material is very dry. That isn't the sellers fault. Needed it for school, the teacher is best friends with the author. Isn't that good news
